The comprehensive Form Builder tool provides simple point and click features for building electronic forms that users can fill out online. Select from text fields, message fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop down lists, file uploads, date fields and approval routing. Set required fields and provide custom messages or instructions below each form field. Form Builder will automatically store e-form results for archiving and interface reporting. Form Builder will automatically store e-form results in a database table for archiving and reporting, as well as providing a reporting web interface where permissions can be applied as to who can view, email and edit the form results over the intranet. Determine who can build e-forms with Form Builder, and delegate management of e-forms by user(s) or group. Form results can be emailed to one or more designated recipients within the organization upon submission.

Our e-form cloning utility provides for instant duplication of complex forms created through Form Builder, enabling you to simply copy and modify existing forms rather than starting from scratch.

E-Form Builder Content Approval and Workflow Management

Content Approval allows assigned individuals or groups to manage the flow of content published to the site. Manage and review/approve e-forms before they are published. You may also assign Approval Managers on a per form basis to approve or decline form responses. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled when creating your e-forms.
